Anti-lice and fluke medications are designed to treat infestations of external parasites like fish lice (Argulus) and flukes (Monogenea). These parasites can attach themselves to the skin, gills, and fins of fish, causing irritation and potential harm. If you’re dealing with such issues in your aquarium, using an appropriate medication can be essential. 

1. Identification of the Problem: Before applying any medication, it’s crucial to correctly identify the type of parasite affecting your fish. Fish lice and flukes have distinct characteristics, and using the right medication for the specific problem is important.
