A simple and quick cancellation process for our valued customers. Bank charges are applicable on refunds and cancellations.
Please note the following concerning Splashy Fin’s cancellations and refunds policy:
- Cancellation is done on placing the order: Upon acceptance of your cancellation request, the amount will be refunded with a deduction of 2% on your total bill along with 18% GST.
- Cancellation is done after the order shipped: Upon acceptance of your cancellation request, the amount will be refunded with a deduction of 2% on your total bill along with 18% GST. The refund will not be done immediately but after we receive our order back at the stores.
- Dead /Damaged on arrival: We normally have a very less chance of death during shipping. All claims/death on arrival are to be reported on the phone immediately and email or Whatsapp the photos within 3 hours of receipt of the shipment. A complete refund will be initiated.
- An Instant Refund: Upon acceptance of your cancellation request and choice for an instant refund, your amount will be refunded with a deduction of 12% on your total bill along with 18% GST.
Kindly Note: Our shipping cut-off time depends on the type of courier service available at your given address.
All refunds shall be done on the account used for making the payment while placing the order within a span of 5 to 7 working days.
Product returns will only be allowed if the product is damaged or if the wrong product was received.
In this instance, the buyer has the option of waiting for re-shipment or replacing the merchandise.
Requirements for a Valid Return
Product & Accessories should be in original condition
The seal should not be open
Tags should be retained and returned
No of plants/items – Died/Defective
Photo/ video of dead plant / Defective item on top of the invoice which we send
The refund is credited to the payment mode used to make the payment while placing the purchase for both returned products (i.e. wrong products provided or damaged products received by the client) and canceled orders.
Please note that refunds are normally processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization.
Working days are defined as business days, which exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
