CO₂ Indicator

It’s critical to keep track of and maintain the proper CO₂  levels in your planted aquarium.

The drop checker is a reservoir for an indicator fluid that notifies you if you have too much, too little, or just the right amount of CO₂for your plants to thrive at a level that is safe for fish.

The color changes are as follows Blue = too little CO₂ concentration, Yellow = too much CO₂ (dangerous levels for fish), Green = optimum levels for plants and fish.

The color has a 1-2 hour delay. So what you are reading is the CO₂ concentration roughly 1-2 hours ago.
