Anubias Barteri Round Leaf, often known as Anubias barteri, is a great foreground plant that grows well in most freshwater planted aquariums.
Anubias barteri has lush, rounded green foliage that grows in thickness (width) from 12 to 14 inches and reaches a height of around 12 inches over time.
This aquatic plant thrives in ideal conditions and makes a terrific addition to any planted aquarium tank.Â
This water plant thrives as an epiphyte when attached to a hard surface like aquarium driftwood or pebbles.
It can also be wedged into the crevices in the hardscape design. Another advantage of this plant is that it is rarely eaten by herbivorous fish like goldfish!
Care Tips
- Only moderate light and moderate nutrition levels are preferred by Anubias.
- They should be put in places in the aquarium that are somewhat shaded or receive low light levels, otherwise, algae may develop on the leaves.
