Hydrocotyle Tripartita<\/span><\/i> ‘mini’ is a new foreground carpet plant from the Australian swamps and is frequently used as a midground bush. The plant leaf size will reduce with a few trimmings. It has very small leaves about half the size of <\/span>Hydrocotyle tripartite<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In many plant forums, this plant is known as <\/span>Hydrocotyle<\/span><\/i> sp.’ Japan.’ It’s a South-East Asian variety of <\/span>Hydrocotyle tripartita<\/span><\/i>. It has small, vivid green leaves on vertical stems and grows quickly and compactly. This growth can be enhanced by physically pressing the carpet with your hand whistle maintaining your aquarium. Good light promotes excellent carpet formation and compact growth. <\/span><\/p>\n

These live plants either grow in emersed or submerged conditions depending on the variety. When they are grown as submersed aquarium plants then they require optimum growing conditions like light, CO\u2082, and nutrients.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hydrocotyle Tripartita<\/span><\/i> ‘mini’ can be planted into the substrate and attached to the hardscape. The advantage of using it on hardscape is that it will grow slowly, which makes it easier to control. <\/span><\/p>\n
