Weeping Moss (Vesicularia Ferriei) is an aquarium greenery that is portrayed by its descending inclining development.

This plant has been utilized in numerous well-known aquascapes because of its distinctive growth pattern.

The plant is also attractive because of its fine texture and deep green color. The plant will reach a height of one inch.

Because the plant doesn’t get its roots into the substrate, it has to be tied to something, like driftwood or rock.

They lack roots, but they do have rhizoids. The plant will be able to naturally attach itself to an object thanks to the rhizoids.

These rhizoids don’t assimilate supplements for the plant. As a result, these plants feed on the water in the column. It grows on wet rocks, riverbanks, and damp soil near streams in its natural environment.

Originally from China, Weeping Moss is now available worldwide due to its popularity in the aquarium hobby.

Care Tips:

1. Grow faster with moderate levels of light, but they can survive in low-light environments as well.

2. To keep the plant at the desired size, occasional trimming may be required. Assuming that the plant is developing great, it will foster the descending slanting development. There may not be enough nutrients in the water if these plants are not growing sufficiently to slope downward.
