Potassium is one of several elements that are very important to maintain good growth in planted aquariums.
Potassium depletes in a rapidly growing system and even in water that is low in mineral content. In such cases, potassium could become the limiting factor to growth. So, using Flourish Potassiumâ„¢ stops potassium depletion and maintains the highest level of growth.
The most commonly obtained sources of potassium are potassium nitrate and potassium phosphate. Both of these sources are impossible to target a specific NPK ratio.
SEACHEM Flourish Potassiumâ„¢ fertilizer is derived from potassium sulfate, allowing the user to adjust potassium levels without affecting nitrogen or phosphorus.
