Cryptocoryne Wendtii Pink Panther – IC185

Cryptocoryne Pink Panther, often known as Crypt Flamingo, is a popular pink Crypt aquarium plant. When planted in an aquarium, its characteristic ruffled leaves and rich pink color add a special touch. New leaves are bright pink at first but fade with time to a brilliant pink that goes nicely with any water plant.

• Temperature: 22–28°C

• pH: 6.0–7.5

• Hardness: Soft to medium water

Lighting

• Performs well in low to medium light.

• Moderate lighting enhances the pink coloration.

• High light is not necessary and may lead to algae if nutrients are low.

Substrate & Nutrients

• Prefers nutrient-rich substrate for strong root development.

• Benefits from occasional liquid fertilizers.

• CO₂ injection is optional but can improve growth rate.
