Dragon rock also called an ‘Ohko Stone’ is a clastic sedimentary rock composed of clay minerals and other minute particles of organic matter washed up on the shore by waves of water.
The name “dragon stone” comes from the scaly, dragon-like texture of the stone.
It’s light brown, dark yellow with red or green reflections.
It has beautiful natural nooks, crannies, and crevices of varying depths on the surface.
It is a lightweight rock but looks super hard and strong, it also looks like petrified wood or driftwood. The density of every piece differs.
A rocky hardscape can help shy fish like bettas relax while also providing lots of stimulation.
